Asana

Pranayama

Yogi Rajesh Rawat Ji
Rajesh ji is an E-RYT 200 and RYT 500. He is lead teacher and director of yoga teacher training courses at Kaivalyam. He has been teaching yoga for more than 10 years, very well known for his inspiring teachings that cover physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of yoga. He is an expert in Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, Pranayama, and shatkarma. He has done a master in yoga sciences and is now pursuing a Ph.D. in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University in Haridwar. For him, the best part about teaching is having the hope that he can inspire and support his students in his little unique ways!
Yogi Naveen Ji
Yogi Naveen Ji is a yoga teacher and holds an M.A. degree in yoga and naturopathy. He has been teaching Hatha and Vinyasa flow for the last 5 years. He is a very hardworking and enthusiastic asana instructor. He is always looking to improve himself and developing new modified and comfortable ways of asanas to help his students. Through expert adjustments and a deep understanding of asana, his student’s abilities, and injuries, he is able to push trainees to the next level in their personal practice as well as their own teaching.
Yogi Jagjeet Singh Ji
Jaggi was born in Haridwar and later moved to Rishikesh. From early childhood, he started practicing yoga as part of a family of avid yoga practitioners. He completed his formal education (MSC) in yoga and science from Gurukul Kangri University. After his college education, he traveled in the Himalayas in search of the masters for many years. While traveling, he met and learned from many masters and gained very extensive knowledge of yoga. He is mastered in Hatha Yoga and has been practicing yoga therapy, marma therapy, alternative therapy, yoga asana, pranayama, and mudra bandha.
Vineet Raturi
Vineet Ji is a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher. Vineet was born in a Brahmin family in Uttarakhand village, India, and moved to Delhi for schooling. his schooling from Gurukul Chhatarpur Delhi. He teaches pranayama, shatkarma, meditation, and philosophy. He is a very simple person with a high state of intelligence and a very gentle soul. Everyone loves his true teaching and true nature. His schooling is from Gurukul Chhatarpur Delhi and He also has a master's in yoga and teachings and is now doing Ph.D. in yoga philosophy.
