Carol Murphy
Hello! I’m Carol Murphy, founder and lead trainer at Green Lotus Yoga. Since 2006, I’ve been guiding yoga students and training teachers across Ireland, Spain, Morocco, India, South Africa, the U.S., and the U.K., with over 1,000 graduates to date. My teaching is grounded in decades of study including training in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, TCM and Women’s Health, Yoga Therapy and Somatics, all woven together with a deep commitment to embodiment, healing, and personal transformation. I am a trained 800-hour IAYT Yoga Therapist, Neuromuscular Therapist and Functional Range Conditioning® (FRC)
