Overview
This immersive training centres on a detailed exploration of the 26 Yin Yoga poses, teaching participants how to work with functional alignment, intelligent variation, and skilful sequencing to support different bodies.
Participants explore the restorative aspects of Yin Yoga, including how to use support, stillness, and pacing to calm the nervous system and deepen the practice.
Rooted in functional anatomy, fascial theory, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and somatic awareness, the training examines how stress patterns and survival responses shape posture and movement, and how Yin Yoga can support release, regulation, and resilience.
The training is held in the Geodesic Dome yoga shala at Suryalila Retreat Centre, surrounded by nature and quiet beauty. The programme offers both a solid education in Yin Yoga and a nourishing retreat experience.
