Asana and pranayama
Asana is physically twisting the body and systematically taking fresh air. So that it works like “switch on” of an electric bulb and the body become charged, which were almost deactivated. Yoga activates in a subtle way so that diseases will cure slowly. It takes a little time to function and it has the power to prevent negative energy as well. %Pranayama is breathing exercise. This is the process of taking oxygen from inhaling fresh air and releasing carbon dioxide by exhalation in and out rapidly. In adult lungs, there are around 2,500 to 3,000 tiny pores (holes). Due to polluted air, smokes, and dust, people’s lungs cannot work properly. It only works 30 to 50% in average so that modern people are facing different types of relevant diseases
Yoga and its significance in day to day life
Yoga is not only physical exercise, it is more than this. The human body is categorized into three levels, level one, consciousness, level two, subconscious, and level three, unconsciousness. Exercise only affects up to the consciousness level but yoga can reach up to the subconscious, sometimes perfect yogi can reach up to the unconscious level. All your problems come from the unconscious level. It is the darkest part of human beings. Yoga sometimes works up to the unconscious level. %Nowadays, yoga’s importance is increasing day by day so United Nation Origination (UNO) declares the “International Day of Yoga”. Every human being has a right to live healthily. UNO wants to see healthy society on Earth. But due to wrong food and living style, people’s health is damaged quickly. It is very rare to find out a person who is living a balanced life. Regular yoga practitioner can live and balance life. They know their limitations and acts accordingly.
