Important considerations
- Not all Tantra is about sexuality.
- Look for lineage-based or authentic teachers who balance energy practices with philosophical grounding.
- This is Satvic Tanra training. Satvic Tantra is Tantra practiced through a Sattvic lens—that is, for the purpose of spiritual liberation, balance, and inner transformation, not worldly power, sensory indulgence, or ego gratification.
Who Is Satvic Tantra For?
- Spiritual seekers who want a safe, heart-centered Tantric path
- Yoga practitioners ready to go deeper beyond the mat
- People seeking subtle energy awakening without overstimulation
- Those aligned with vegetarianism, ahimsa, and sattvic living
You will experience:
- Tantric ritual (Tattva Shuddhi) – the process of purification
- The art of puja – performed to your partner - seeing the divine in the other
- Tantra yoga practice incorporating kriya techniques with chakra awareness, incorporating mantra, visualization, mudra and bhanda, a powerful combination to activate the pranic body
- Followed by yoga Nidra, rotation of awareness, and visualization
- Concluding with advanced pranayama techniques and Pancha Prana Meditation (becoming aware of different movements of prana in the body)
- During this practice we will activate the 3 main power centers:
- Ajna Chakra – Om Chanting
- Mooladhar Chakra – Using mudras and bhandas
- Anahata Chakra – Shiva Yantra Meditation (union of Shiva and Shakti in the heart center)
- Partner Visualization Practice – seeing the Divine in each other followed by partner puja
- Creation of mystical cloud of protection with the mantra Om before continuing ritual
