Initiation (Mantra Diksha)

Guru Vishnu who is a Himalayan Master and disciple of Swami Veda Bharati will initiate you to the first step of Mantra Initiation so that student will start their journey towards spiritual practice.

The food in Kundalini Yoga Ashram India is made with love that you can feel in every bite. Food is an important part of yoga that helps to awaken your energy. They buy vegetables from the local farmer of the Himalayan Mountain so that they can be supported financially and the ashram can get organic vegetables.

The ashram does not serve coffee or nonvegetarian products. The herbal tea may help you to make yourself new in this month of training. On Sunday, they serve only breakfast so that you can enjoy the taste outside in the beautiful cafes, and also the cooking team enjoys the time to rest and with their family.

How to get there

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED). Pick up from this airport is free of charge, which is provided by the ashram. Drop off to the airport is 1,000 INR, which is 15 USD.

If your flight arrives in Delhi in the night, you may ask the ashram for a taxi to reach the venue because there is no flight in the night to Dehradun. The taxi charge is 75 USD from Delhi airport and the same cost for the drop off.
