Training information
You can do a 300-hour yoga teacher training without doing a 200-hour yoga teacher training course, but it is not recommended because it's like going for an advanced course without having basic knowledge. When you are strong in a foundation course, it's easy to grab advanced knowledge.
It is a four-week intensive yoga program crafted to deepen your existing awareness and foundations of yoga. Here in this course, high attention is given to principles, the technical aspects, and all structural components of yoga. You can do 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training courses in two different schools. It will have an impact on registering for 500-RYT.
This course is not exclusively for yoga teachers, but rather anyone who wants to refresh their skills or obtain deep knowledge of yoga, meditation, and philosophy, or anyone who wants to deepen their practice and want to enhance credibility. You can pursue a 300-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, even if you have done your 200-hour YTT online.

On completing both 200-hour yoga teacher training and 300-hour yoga teacher training, you will have a total of 500 hours of yoga teacher training.
