Muladhara Chakra - Root
- Muladhara is well located at the base of the spine. It is considered the groundwork for the energy of the body. Through Yoga, people give stress to stabilising the chakra. The Awakening of Kundalini starts with this chakra. The chakra is linked with smell and the earth elements.
Svadhishthana chakra - Sacral
- This chakra is situated at the bottom of the belly button, two fingers wide from the Muladhara Chakra. It is associated with reproductive organs, especially in women (genitals), and with the sense of tongue (taste). Yogic systems focus on the Svadhishthana chakra to improve the working and well-being of the reproductive organs.
Manipura Chakra - Solar Plexus

Anahata Chakra - Heart

Ashutosh Mishra
Ashutosh Mishra, born and brought up in Rishikesh, is strongly rooted in Hatha yoga and Therapeutic yoga. His style is a dynamic combination of intelligent sequencing and alignment for the body and the health condition of the individual. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in yogic science and completed his master’s in yoga therapy from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University. Rishikesh in Uttarakhand, India, is popular for its geographical significance and also due to its various ashrams and institutions offering teachings in yoga and yogic philosophy. Food
Three Sattvic meals will be provided in a day — breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Every meal will be a complete balance of nutrition, which is apt and suits the Yogic Life. Sattvic diet includes green leafy vegetables cooked with Indian herbs and spices, curry, bread, fruits, and vegetables. Coffee or tea will be provided twice a day. Living Yoga School serves mostly vegetarian dishes. But with the requirement of the students, they also provide Ayurvedic khichdi.

Arrival by airplane
Please book your flight to arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), Delhi airport to Rishikesh by car is a 6-hour journey. There is a transportation package for 150 USD, which will cover your airport pick-up, transfer from Delhi to Rishikesh (by car), and after completion of the course, transfer back from Rishikesh to Delhi. One-way transportation, i.e., Delhi airport to Rishikesh, can also be availed for 85 USD.
If you arrive at Jolly Grant Airport (DED), the pickup from this airport is included in the price.
Arrival by train
Another good option is to travel by train (airport to the New Delhi train station by car, then by train to Haridwar and from Haridwar to Rishikesh by car). Traveling by bus is quite cheap but a bit inconvenient for first-time visitors. Cheap hotels can also be found in Delhi (Main Bazar, Paharganj area) for 10 - 20 USD. From Delhi airport to Paharganj can be reached by the airport metro express in less than 20 minutes, and it costs less than 2 USD.
