His expertise in Hatha, Ashtanga, anatomy, and teaching methodology. Rohit's life took a transformative turn, leading him to embrace Krishna's devotion, shifting him towards a wholly yogic existence. His remarkable journey has left an indelible mark on the souls he's touched, guiding them along the path to inner peace and self-discovery.
Yogi Ankit ji
Ankit ji was born in Devprayag, the origin of the mother Ganges, and raised in the world capital of yoga, Rishikesh. Ever since his childhood, he started practicing yoga with gurus in Rishikesh. From a young age, he has been very active, and worked towards exceeding his body’s limits one way or another. He specializes in the sacred art of Ashtanga Flow and his perfection in this style and its alignment can only be credited to his commitment to his mind and body. He has completed his bachelor’s and master’s degree in Yogic Science and regularly practices yoga with the best gurus of Rishikesh.

They believe in the Ayurvedic proverb that states: "When the diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When the diet is correct, medicine is of no need." That's why yogic food is an integral part of their yoga programs.
The meals served are made with seasonal vegetables, fresh fruits, and juices. All of the dishes are vegetarian and cooked fresh daily to provide your body with the necessary nutrition for your yogic practices.
They offer mainly vegan and vegetarian meals to their guests to help them reconnect with nature, with its green gifts, and to rebalance their bodies in an easy and delicious way.
