Maharishi Yoga Peeth is offering a special 200-Hour yoga teacher training program that offers an immersive experience in the traditional teachings of yoga. The program is based in Rishikesh and includes both theoretical and practical aspects of yoga. The curriculum covers all aspects of yoga, from asanas (yoga poses) to pranayama (breath work) to meditation. Shat Karma

The six purificatory techniques. Before commencing pranayama, any imbalance in the dosas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha) should be removed. In Hatha Yoga there are six particular practices which were specifically designed for this purpose. They are called Shatkarma.

Arrival by car

You can take a taxi from the International Airport in Delhi, or you can also book a taxi through Maharishi Yoga Peeth.

Arrival by train

You can also have a fun-filled ride on the train from Delhi to Haridwar. Get off at Haridwar station as it is just about 25 kilometers from Rishikesh. From Haridwar, you can hire a taxi, and if you want, Maharishi Yoga Peeth can send a taxi to pick you up.
