Surrounded by the dense greenery of Chandragiri hills, located at the outskirts of Kathmandu valley, 2000 meters above sea level. The school is situated on top of beautiful villages and fields has tranquil surroundings and a peaceful ambiance. Students who complete this training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

Program detail

This 300-hour yoga teacher training course is designed for anybody who wants to learn about yoga history, philosophy, meditation, and the science of breathing, as well as essential class and teaching methods, followed by practical teaching and workshops. Learning and practicing various yoga postures, as well as expanding your knowledge of anatomy and physiology and yoga therapy (all of which are required to promote healthy practice).

This course will help you become a certified professional yoga instructor and expand your yoga expertise. If you already hold a Yoga Alliance certificate of 200-hour yoga training from another school, you will obtain a certificate from Yoga Alliance to register as a 300-hour yoga teacher training credential. This course is intended for people who have completed a 200-hour course following the Yoga Alliance standard. Those who have not finished the 200-hour course should do so first, followed by the 500-hour course.

This training will be taking you on a journey of both spiritual and scientific approaches to yoga where you’ll be able to understand your life’s new impetuous passion. Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (KTM). A Mandala yoga school representative will be waiting to pick you up at your given time. The course starts every 1st of the month therefore kindly book the air ticket one day before the course starts and the cost is included.

  • A reservation requires a deposit of 20% of the total price.
