What's special about this training
You will discover the Chakras, through history and traditional textual references. This you do so to understand their original meaning. Understanding their source will make it easier to actually dive into their magic. Of course, the Chakras are centers that live in your inner perception and can therefore not be sufficiently explained by words alone. This is why the training will aim for experiencing them at least as much as you learn. You will discover, their mystery, practices, meditations, exercises, and yantra.

Location
Retreat Center at the Danube River, UNESCO World Heritage Wachau
The yoga teacher training is located in the charming village of Rossatz, set within the UNESCO World Heritage Wachau Cultural Landscape along the Danube River in Austria.
This beautiful historic valley, stretching between the abbeys of Melk and Krems, features terraced vineyards on rolling hillsides, ancient dry-stone walls from medieval times, and lush floodplain forests. Apricot orchards add seasonal beauty with their spring blossoms, while the river provides a serene backdrop for reflection, bathing, and taking long walks along its sand beaches.
The village of Rossatz offers a peaceful village atmosphere with cobblestone paths, baroque churches, and traditional heurigers serving local wines. From here, enjoy views of the Danube, walks to the ruins of Aggstein Castle on forested cliffs, and the spires of Dürnstein in the distance.
The area's preserved natural and cultural heritage creates an ideal setting for yoga practice, where you can connect with the landscape's ancient spirit and history during your stay.
