Dinesh Chandra Shastri
Dinesh began yoga at a very young age and has 25 years of learning and teaching yoga experience in India and other countries. He has studied all yoga practices, mantras, Vedas, Sanskrit, Bhagavat Gita in the deep Hindu tradition, yogi life, and culture. He has a bachelor's degree in Sanskrit, holds the title of Sashtri, and has a master's degree, and has successfully obtained the title of Ashariya. Dinesh is well-versed in Hatha yoga, Astanga yoga, Sivananda yoga, Sukshambyayam yoga, and Laughter yoga.
Vivek Arya
Having spent his life in the field of yoga, Yogi Vivek is considered the best teacher of Hatha yoga, Raja yoga, Swara yoga, and human anatomy. He has done his masters in yoga and psychology and is currently pursuing a doctorate in yoga itself. Naturopathy, pranic healing methods, and acupressure are some of the other methods on which he has received his education. His thirst for wisdom has made him quite knowledgeable in the philosophies of many religions and beliefs. In 2002, he went to the Himalayas to find meaning in his practice.
Prakash Ji
Prakash is a master's degree holder in Hindi literature and yoga philosophy. He got the first experience of Samadhi at the age of seven, when he had a clear vision of his past life in the Himalayas. He completed his higher education in Agra and Haridwar Universities. He was initiated in Shansaracharya tradition through his master, Maharishi Mahesh, and spent many years with his guru, with whom he practiced the transcendental meditation. Yogi Budhi Prakash has 40 years of teaching experience of yoga all over the world and an extensive knowledge of Indian philosophy.
Mishra Ji
Mishra holds a master's degree in philosophy from Agra University, a diploma in yoga education, and a bachelor's degree in physical education from Amaravathi University. He is a yogi with more than 25 years of experience in yoga and meditation. He has taught yoga in many countries around the world and founded the International Yoga and Meditation Academy. He also acts as an adviser for many institutions around the world.
Usha Vaishnava
Dr. Usha Vaishnava, a guest Ayurveda doctor, has studied disciplines in Ayurveda and herbal medicine. She completed her five years and six months bachelor's degree in Ayurveda, medicine, and surgery, an internationally recognized degree in Ayurveda, from the famed 150-year old Ayurveda University in India. She then specialized in Panchakarma therapy at the world recognized Arya Vaidhya Sala, Kottakkal. For the last 14 years, she has been engaged in Ayurveda treatment, teaching, and training.
Amarna Anand
Amarna, a guest meditation teacher, has done Osho meditation training courses in Osho International Meditation Resort in Pune, Maharashtra, India. He has well versed experiences in different levels of Osho meditation and has been teaching for many years all over India. Amarna goes on facilitating and sharing Osho meditations and visions. Currently, he is residing in Rishikesh and continues serving and sharing his knowledge from his Guruji Osho or Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh to students from all over the world. Students really enjoy his class and his dynamic way of teaching and performing.
