Certifications

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an adult and children Yoga Nidra teacher certificate. This school and teacher are registered with World Yoga Alliance India, Yoga Teachers Fellowship of SA and International Yoga Federation, students have the option with this certification to register with all three.

How the training works

You will practice this training at your own pace, have free download lifetime access, and be trained in techniques for relief from anxiety, depression, and stress to create an awakened future generation. There are 23 videos, 40 interactive sessions of theory and class videos, Yoga Nidra recordings, and an informative training manual.

Timing of sessions (GMT+2)

The two Zoom sessions are decided on the date you start and at the pace you are working and also depends on your country's time zone. Not all will be at the same time.

Course information

The number of people suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attacks, and similar psychosomatic disorders has soared to the highest levels you have ever encountered on the planet. It has left people feeling desperate, alienated, and fragmented in darkness, pain, and hopelessness. This course shares the ancient secrets and techniques of the eight limbs of yoga through the practice of Yoga Nidra Therapy in a non-denominational, common-sense approach.

It is designed for every person who wants to teach people techniques to heal their mind, emotions, and intentions and step into the grandest version of themselves, living in contentment, peace, and fulfillment, regardless of what is going on in the world around them. People who want to free themselves from depression, anxiety, and all other psychosomatic disorders of stress. People who want to move from darkness to light, from bondage to freedom.

With all the uncertainty and fear in the world, at the moment, the most vital thing for people to do is purify the mind to stillness, purify the emotions to contentment, and sustain these faculties through a disciplined practice of Yoga Nidra with specific visualization to get through the times with ease. It is also created to build strong, balanced minds in adults and to develop healthy, happy emotions, in children. The practice helps to release trauma and develop creativity, imagination, and concentration. It is to let everyone live limitlessly and freely in this world, creating a whole new generation.

The course teaches how this is possible through understanding yourself and life completely and then applying mental and emotional healing and purifying techniques to transform the person who sees. This training introduces the ancient secrets of Yoga Nidra with visualization to withdraw the conscious mind and imprint healing suggestions directly into the subconscious. They remain in the subconscious to transform the one who sees, you then experience a fulfilled life and live in contentment regardless of what is going on in the world around you.

Your trainer has been practicing and teaching Yoga Nidra for over two decades and successfully used the material, firstly for her self-healing and then in workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher training courses globally. She believes it is time to go beyond asana (posture exercise) into the full eight limbs of yoga and healing your mind and emotions. What some are not aware of is that you are multidimensional beings of gross and subtle bodies, which include:

  • The gross body - Your physical body
  • The energy body - Emotions
  • The subtle body - Mind, intellect, memory, and ego
  • The causal body - Good and bad karma
  • The soul body - Soul

You need to understand each dimension of yourself, the operation of each one, and the absolute power of each one, so you can bring them into functioning in harmony with each other. At this point, they are in disharmony and clashing with each other, which leaves humankind feeling, as mentioned, overwhelmed, hopeless, fragmented, and in darkness and pain.

This is so only because most people do not know about their subtle body, or how to maintain nourishment and exercise, your “complete” anatomy of mind, body, emotions, and intentions. The maintenance of the subtle body is different from the physical body. You are only familiar with your physical body requirements. Below is a suggested daily program but doing it at your own pace is perfect.
