This course has been designed for people who are unable to travel due to work or parental duties or have time constraints and need to work at their own pace but still have the benefit of a certified course. It is also for current yoga teachers to deepen their teachings with the additional practice of Yoga Nidra, in the times you are going through.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an adult and children Yoga Nidra teacher certificate. This school and teacher are registered with World Yoga Alliance India, Yoga Teachers Fellowship of SA and International Yoga Federation, students have the option with this certification to register with all three.
You will practice this training at your own pace, have free download lifetime access, and be trained in techniques for relief from anxiety, depression, and stress to create an awakened future generation. There are 23 videos, 40 interactive sessions of theory and class videos, Yoga Nidra recordings, and an informative training manual.
The two Zoom sessions are decided on the date you start and at the pace you are working and also depends on your country's time zone. Not all will be at the same time.

Your trainer has been practicing and teaching Yoga Nidra for over two decades and successfully used the material, firstly for her self-healing and then in workshops, retreats, and yoga teacher training courses globally.
