Ana Lucía Fariña from Costa Rica is a lead teacher with Experienced-Registered Yoga Teacher 500 Hours certificate. Analu is a native of Costa Rica. A musician and a yoga instructor, she graduated from the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica in 2009 where she received her 500-hour certification. She has also trained in Aerial yoga, Kids yoga, yoga dance and has deepened her yoga studies across India and throughout the West with diverse teachers focusing mainly on Iyengar and Hatha styles. Jonathan Matahi Lefevre
Jonathan was born in Tahiti and grew up with hippie parents between Polynesia, Bali, and India. After a long, formative period of traveling across Asia and studying meditative practices and Earth medicine, he eventually went into more academic training. He graduated from the Kimura Shiatsu Institute in Tokyo, Japan, the University of San Diego, California, USA. and the British School of Osteopathy, in London, UK. His work combines various elements and mind-body techniques from all these different traditions, yet he specializes in myofascial osteopathic work and shamanic emotional release.
Ben became involved in Hatha, Iyengar, and later, Vinyasa yoga over 20 years ago after being diagnosed with a spinal degeneration disorder by mainstream healthcare. A close family friend recommended yoga and this became the tonic that allowed him, and continues to allow him, to live the active lifestyle he enjoys along with managing his body's ups and downs. He is an accredited Vinyasa yoga teacher along with a certified personal trainer and massage therapist. He has a strong education background in human anatomy.
Valeria studied nutrition and dietetics for five years, where she found her passion and way to fulfil her vocation to help others. Valeria discovered that diseases / conditions / wellbeing all spring forth from five general elements (personal, social, physical, emotional and eating). Her approach is to promote health and integrative well-being through natural, energetic, clean and nutritious food in complement with work on the emotional aspects, relationships, environment and lifestyle of each individual.
Through her encounters and studies over the years with various Eastern masters (some in the lineage of famous mystic Gurdjieff), Katya eventually managed to channel her creativity and gifts into the realms of healing and teaching. She created a subtle yet powerful system for freeing the body and soul. Katya now works mainly with traumas, psychosomatic problems, emotional blockages and so forth. Through regression, specific exercises, and a form of channeling she can help their release from both the unconscious and physical body.

This course was life changing. The setting was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and well cared for. The food was healthy and delicious. The instructors went above and beyond to make sure we had the best experience possible. They took great care developing the training materials and making sure we understood what was being taught. They were responsive to any concerns we had and were so loving and kind the entire time. There was an empathsis on personal growth which was incredibly beneficial. I highly recommend it!
I did my 300YTT with Pranaluz in Bali and it was an amazing experience both physically and spiritually. I loved most of the lectures, program was really well tailored, filling up all the areas that you would need to know as a yoga teacher. This training helped me discover my interest in meditation and spirituality for which I will be forever grateful! Both of our lead teachers were amazing - beautiful Analu showing us magic of Bhakti yoga, always being there for us and Jonathan guiding us through secrets of meditation techniques! I would recomment this training to all the yoga teachers who would like to take their experience to the next level. With love, Magdalena

Analu has directed a holistic YTT programme direct from her heart.
Her passion to share her knowledge & experience is infectious. I have Analu’s voice beside me now as I go on and teach others, from the heart also.
The course is not easy, it will challenge you physically, emotionally, mentally (both physiologically and intellectually). BUT what is for sure: you will see, learn, experience & grow as an individual & as a teacher.
There is also a lot of support from the whole Pranaluz team to help you through your journey on the course and beyond it.
And.... as for your teaching portfolio - there is so much variety of content that you will be able to learn additional styles and skills to expand yourself further. Learning what is your own strengths within the yoga sphere and how you can apply your own individual touch.
Much love to the team!!
What are you waiting for??? Now is the time to start this journey!!

After doing my 300-hour YTT with Pranaluz in Bali I found that I not only grew into a stronger, more confident teacher but also as a person.
I was encouraged to explore new ways of teaching including ques, sequencing and finding confidence in teaching more advanced asanas.
The knowledge surrounding anatomy and philosophy was in depth and extremely well presented.
I find meditation a tricky thing to teach, even after my 200-hour YTT, but after Pranaluz I have so many techniques to share and am much more comfortable in the language to use when teaching others. Not to mention how deep my own practice has become!
Each and every teacher at Pranaluz has a certain magic to them. Analu, Jono, Katia and everyone they choose work with care deeply about what they do and are experts at it. They are an endless source of love and support as they help you jump to the next level as a teacher.
I cannot recommend this course enough!!!
Beautiful training i had the amazing opportunity to assist in this teacher training and i have nothing but praise for the way the training was conducted. Everything was explained in detail and the teachers shared personal experiences so we had a better insight and awareness Practical and theory classes combined with extra activities were helpful in understanding that being a yoga teacher comes with great responsibility but is also a rewarding job. Thank you Ana Lu for this opportunity
My 300hrs YTT with Pranaluz was wonderful! This training brought my teaching to another level. I enjoyed the variety of philosophy, meditation, asana, pranayama and the special workshops! The training was well planed, the teachers have been very knowledgeable and full of love!
