Sonia Kaur
Sonia Kaur, E-RYT 500, is a deeply intuitive teacher with 5,000+ hours in yoga and Ayurveda. She specializes in yoga philosophy, mindful yoga, pranayama, meditation, and Ayurveda cooking for self-Healers. Her grounding sessions invite release of physical and emotional tension through breath, movement, reflection, and dialogue. Sonia is the founder of Pura Veda where she shares Ayurvedic living, food alchemy, yoga philosophy and more through transformative experiences.
Ciro Nirvair
Ciro is a multifaceted teacher and creative whose intuitive presence brings balance, clarity, and inspiration to every space he holds. An E-RYT 200 and assistant yoga teacher, he weaves anatomy, mindful movement, and Ayurveda to support each student’s path. Calm and grounded, Ciro offers clear guidance, compassionate insight, and practices that reconnect body, mind, and spirit while honoring structure, curiosity, and natural rhythm.
