Nourishing yogic food to promote detox

Raj Yoga School provides three daily vegetarian meals, designed to support your detox and yoga practice. The organic, yogic diet focuses on light, pure, and energizing food, helping to cleanse and nourish your body and mind. Along with meals, you’ll have access to refreshing water and herbal tea throughout the day, ensuring you stay hydrated and energized for your yoga journey.

The price of the package includes vegetarian Indian food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day, except on Sundays. Vegan options are also commonly available and can be specially accommodated upon request.

How to get there

Arrival by car

Once you are in Arambol, you can find Raj Yoga School at 293/3 Khalcha Wada, Arambol Beach, Goa 403524. The school is located near Revolution Café. Look for Lamuella and Shivkrupa General Store on the main street close to the beach. From the main street, turn towards Revolution Café. You will spot a large banyan tree in the yard. Just a bit further, you’ll find the school in a distinctive yellow backyard building.

Arrival by airplane

You can arrive at either of Goa’s airports:

  • Mopa International Airport (GOX): This is Goa’s newest airport, located about 25 kilometers from Arambol.
  • Goa International Airport (Dabolim Airport - GOI): Located about 60 kilometers from Arambol, near Panaji.

Indian Airlines and other carriers offer daily direct flights to both airports from major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, and Chennai. Transfers from the airports are not provided, but you can contact Raj Yoga School for assistance in arranging transport.

Arrival by bus

Regular bus services operate from cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hampi to the Kadamba bus stand in Panjim. From Panjim, buses run to Arambol every 30 minutes until noon, and every 90 minutes thereafter. Alternatively, you can take a bus to Mapusa (locally called Mapsa) and transfer to another bus to Arambol (approximately a 3-hour journey). Faster private minibuses also depart daily from Panjim, stopping opposite the tea stalls at the beach end of the village in Arambol.

Arrival by train

Goa’s two main railway stations are Margao (Madgaon) and Vasco da Gama. These stations connect Goa to major cities, including Bangalore, Belgaum, Hospet, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi, and Agra. From the railway station, you can arrange local transport to reach Arambol conveniently.
