Instructors
Federica Rogani
Federica practiced yoga since the first years of childhood due to her father, ex-Sanskrit scholar, and Ananda Marga yoga practitioner. She is a certified instructor of Hatha and Vinyasa yoga with a passion for the anatomy of yoga and the biomechanics of the movements thanks to her background in Ashtanga yoga. She uses her musical instruments such as the handpan and the gong as an important part of her classes.
Leo Bacallado Pino
Leo Bacallado is a sound enthusiast and independent researcher with a deep interest in how sound interacts with the human body. He approaches sound as a way of life, engaging in projects focused on the creation of soundscapes and participating as an amateur percussionist in various international educational initiatives. Over the years, he has developed hands-on experience in crafting musical instruments, including drums, kalimbas, and sanzas. Leo often refers to himself as a “sound gardener”, reflecting his intuitive and evolving relationship with sound.
Ariana De Leon
Drawn to somatic practices, she found yoga in 2008 and completed her first Hatha yoga training. Teaching since 2010, in 2018, she traveled to Thailand to train more deeply in the method, completing a 200 + 300hrs TTC in Ashtanga, as well as certifications in Yoga Nidra and Pranayama

Masseria Torre Luciana is a peaceful sanctuary in the heart of Puglia, surrounded by ancient olive trees and the warm southern sun. This historic masseria blends rustic charm with refined comfort, creating a space that invites deep rest, presence, and connection during your yoga teacher training.
During free time, stroll through olive groves, explore nearby historic towns, or simply soak in the calm that this timeless Italian countryside offers. Masseria Torre Luciana is more than a venue; it is a nurturing retreat space for your journey of learning and transformation.

During the training, dinner will be served at the finca for all participants, from Monday to Saturday. For any extra meals or specific food supplies, participants will be responsible for their own arrangements.

Arrival by bus
1. Take the direct airport bus (Line 30)
- Go to the bus stop at the airport (floor -1)
- Take TITSA bus line 30 → direction Puerto de la Cruz
- Duration: ~30–35 minutes
- Price: about 4–5 EUR
- Runs: roughly every 30–60 minutes
This is the best and easiest option (no transfers).
2. Get off at El Risco (or Puerto de la Cruz station)
- The bus usually stops at El Risco (closer to your place) or
- Main station in Puerto de la Cruz
- Travel time: ~30 minutes total
Arrival by taxi
From El Risco stop:
- Walk: ~15–20 minutes uphill
- Taxi: ~5–7 minutes (cheap, ~4–6 EUR)

- It’s in a residential hillside area, so expect a bit of an uphill walk.

- A reservation requires a deposit of 50% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
