During your yoga teacher training course, you will be staying at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana in Hotel Hariyali View, Rishikesh, India. The school is situated in the heart of Rishikesh. The ashram is peaceful and surrounded by beautiful green mountains. In the ashram, there is a yoga studio, dining area, and a rooftop. Everything is close to the ashram such as shops, cafes, restaurant, ATM, organic stores.
The yoga ashram has both private and shared rooms. Every room has attached bathroom with western toilet and hot shower, a balcony with a nice view. You will get bed sheets, pillows, bath towels, toilet paper, a blanket. Good Wi-Fi is included in the whole campus. Laundry service is also available.
Program
Rishikesh Yog Nirvana is the school where students will get 26 days 200-hour residential Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga teacher training. The yoga ashram focuses on promoting and propagating yoga at national and international levels by developing a team of well equipped, disciplined, and dedicated yoga teachers. After completion of the course, students will be able to teach as a certified yoga teacher. Rishikesh Yog Nirvana starts with the traditional style of Ashtanga flow yoga and tells students how they can make their class more interesting by following the traditional style. Rishikesh Yog Nirvana teach how to use the yoga sequence.
Certification
After completion of the 200 hours yoga teacher training course, students are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®). This 200-hour yoga teacher training course is for those who would like to deepen their practice and knowledge, for beginners and advanced learners. This program meets the standards of Yoga Alliance.
You will expand in the world of yoga, develop spiritually, physically, and mentally, and it will improve your professional skills and the ability to teach yoga in your specific way. Apart from teaching the technical aspects of class teaching, very interactive and vibrant discussions on various aspects of yogic lifestyle and ethics of yoga teacher will be held. There will be sessions of talk and interactive discussions on different aspects of class teaching and presentation.

Yogi Manish
A talented and enthusiastic teacher in the school. He is even called the master of body alignment and Ashtanga Vinyasa. According to students who have studied under him, he has a great knowledge of body alignment and postures he knows very well how to modify postures according to the level of students. He is teaching for the last 8 years, he has gained a lot of knowledge about Ashtanga, students can feel this while attending his classes. He knows everything about the correct movement of the body while performing Asanas. He is very popular among the schools in Rishikesh.
Sajan Negi
A calm and composed soul living his life in a yogic way. Having a master's degree in yoga, he chose meditation and Yoga philosophy because he always wanted to be a calm and composed person. He has a good strong texture of voice, which certainly makes the environment holy when he chants the mantras. He believes as all are running behind the materialistic world, everyone is getting more and more stressed and depressed and this needs to be changed. He teaches some beautiful meditation techniques that help people to let go of all the negativity they are carrying inside.
Yogi Deepraj Bhandari
Yogi Deepraj is one of the best Hatha yoga teachers in Rishikesh. He has been teaching hatha yoga for the last four years. Born and raised up in the holy city of Rishikesh, he is carrying yoga in his lifestyle. Yogi Deepraj has been invited for so many workshops overseas because of his great level of knowledge in hatha yoga. He is a very humble and helpful teacher who is always looking to make a comfortable atmosphere in his classes. He has also done his masters in yoga.
Yogini Priyanka
Yogini Priyanka is the youngest teacher at the school. She is a great example of women's empowerment. Leading Ashtanga classes for the last 6 years, she surprises everyone with her young age and great skills. She is one of the favorite teachers they have here in Rishikesh Yog Nirvana. As a hard-working person, she continuously grew herself on the yogic path and helped her students by motivating them throughout the entire month. She has been practicing Ashtanga from a very early age and now she has a great level of knowledge of her subject that makes it very easy for students to learn.
Heena Thakwani
Yogini Heena is very well experienced instructor in the team. A strong personality guiding people in wellness sector for more than 10 years. She has done multiple yoga teacher training courses and is ERYT-500. She guides students in Teaching methodology and helps develop an instructor skills in them. She is always a source of solutions to all the doubts or questions students may have during training as she utilizes all her skills and experience as a wellness trainer to help students in any possible way.
