Breath, meditation, and the flow of awareness
Rooted in the wisdom of Non-Dual Shaiva Tantra (NDST), students will learn to experience prāṇa not as something to control, but as the living pulse of consciousness itself. Each inhale and exhale becomes a reflection of spanda - the subtle pulsation between expansion and stillness that pervades all of existence.
Through daily breathwork journeys, guided meditation, movement, and contrast therapy (sauna and ice bath), students cultivate a deeper relationship with energy, awareness, and the body.
This training develops the capacity to hold space, regulate the nervous system, and guide others through transformative breath-based practices - a foundation for living and teaching from grounded presence.
Whether taken as a stand-alone immersion or as part of the Salty Prana 300-hour yoga teacher training (YTT), Inner Current offers tools to harmonize body, mind, and energy while awakening the awareness that flows beneath it all.

Instructors
Celine Buergi
Celine is a nomad yogi and was born in beautiful Switzerland. Her love for travel and other cultures was a big part of her life and her heart even before she started her yoga journey. One day in India she decided to dedicate her life fully to yoga and to leave her "old" life behind. She fell in love with yoga in 2012 when she was attending her first yoga class and it changed her life for good. Not only did she find her practice of balancing her body and mind, but she also discovered herself and her passion for teaching yoga.
Benjamin James
Benjamin is an easy-going Australian surfer who grew up near Byron Bay. He traveled for over 10 years and after a few attempts is finally permanently based in Bali, the land of the gods. He was introduced to yoga asana eight years ago to better his surfing and shortly after completing his first teacher training, he discovered how much more yoga was and would become an integral part of his life. He will unlock that super-human potential you all have, through some of the simplest techniques described in the different yoga modalities. Breathwork, Yin, and a strong Hatha practice keep balance.
