Advanced program course outline
The Path of Devotion: Bhakti as the Heart of Tantra
In the Tantrik tradition, you find the key to making the whole spiritual path cohesive: the loving awareness of what is, deeply rooted in the heart. Bhakti, the path of devotion, opens the heart to a direct connection with the divine, using the power of mantra, prayer, and surrender.
Through Bhakti, you will lean into the divine with an open heart, using mantra as a vessel to purify the mind and align the soul with the highest truth. The sacred sounds of mantra resonate deeply within, activating the energy body and creating a profound connection with the divine presence within and around you.
Somatic Experiential Learning: Understanding the Anatomy of Energy
This course incorporates a deep dive into the anatomy of the body through a somatic experiential learning approach. By understanding the body’s structures—muscles, bones, fascia, and the energetic pathways of the subtle body—you will learn how to move with awareness and intention. This body-focused learning fosters a deep integration of anatomical knowledge with energy flow, creating a more grounded, embodied practice. Key elements include:
- Anatomy of the energy body: Learn how to activate and balance the energy centers (chakras) through physical movement, breath, and sound.
- Somatic awareness: Tune into the sensations of your body in real time, creating space for deep self-awareness and integration of physical and energetic practices.
- Body mapping: Discover how to align your body to support the free flow of prana through anatomical understanding, optimizing your asana practice and energy movement.
Embodied Transformation: A Holistic Journey of Yoga, Tantra, Bhakti, and Anatomy
This 300-hour yoga teacher training offers a transformative journey that integrates the wisdom of Vajrayana non-dualism, classical Hatha yoga, Tantra, Goddess worship, and the path of Bhakti. The course fosters a harmonious dialogue between these ancient teachings, allowing for a deep exploration of asana practice, meditation, pranayama, the sacred sounds of mantra, and anatomical alignment.
You will deepen your personal practice, elevate your teaching skills, and gain a deeper understanding of how to embody alignment in every area of life while walking the path of devotion and energy awareness. This training provides you with the tools to create lasting transformation—not only in your spiritual practice, but also in the way you engage with the world around you.

- Mantra meditation: Use the power of sound to transform your energy and deepen your connection with the divine
- Devotional practices: Explore how Bhakti supports the surrender of the ego and the awakening of the heart, allowing you to walk in compassion and love
