Program
Prerequisite
This 300-hour YTT is an advanced yoga teacher training, and you must first complete a 200-hour YTT to enroll. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or looking to deepen your teaching skills, this program will provide valuable insights, foster personal growth, and equip you with the tools to confidently lead advanced yoga classes.
Certification
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).
Throughout this 300-hour YTT, you will learn how to skillfully hold space for yourself and diverse communities through the principles and practices of holistic yoga psychology. Through somatic movement, intuitive exploration, and emotional release techniques, you will gently uncover what is ready to be revealed in the present moment.
Together, you dive beneath the surface of awareness to access profound self-reflection, inner healing, and soul growth. Along the way, you will learn to identify psychological barriers, limiting beliefs, and embodied emotional responses—empowering you to become your own healer while supporting others in releasing old patterns. This integrative process illuminates unconscious material, creating the freedom to consciously design and live a life that is authentic, aligned, and deeply fulfilling.
This training also supports you in expanding your current teaching and offerings through intelligent, intuitive sequencing inspired by your unique gifts and personal medicine. You will learn how to design holistic classes and ceremonial experiences that align with your values, wisdom, and lived experience.
You will explore the energetic and emotional dimensions of yoga, including hands-on assists that create safety, presence, and space for students to access deeper layers of release. Through somatic-based practices, you will develop a nuanced understanding of the body through the lens of the nervous system—revealing how transformation unfolds on physical, emotional, mental, and energetic levels.
Led by Mindi and Nadine, alongside experienced guest facilitators, this training unfolds within a safe, nurturing, and intentionally held container. Each participant is guided through a deeply personal journey of self-inquiry, embodiment, healing, and expansion through holistic yoga psychology and a socially conscious, integrative approach to mind–body–soul wellness. The study of yogic philosophy and ancient wisdom texts deepens intuitive knowledge, with a particular emphasis on Books Three and Four of the Yoga Sutras.
Through an in-depth exploration of the Clair senses, students will awaken their innate intuitive abilities and expand beyond conventional ways of knowing. As wisdom and intuition come online, you will learn to become a clear channel—capable of leading intuitive yoga classes that are dynamic, fluid, grounded, and profoundly impactful.
Please note: This training emphasizes a holistic, mind–body–soul approach to yoga rather than an advanced physical asana focus. While movement is included, this course is not intended for those seeking an advanced asana-only training.
