Serenityoga est un studio et une école de yoga, situé en Belgique, proposant des stages, des formations et des cours hebdomadaires.

Daphné De Geyndt
Daphné has over 1000 hours of training in different styles and schools of yoga (300h Pranavinyasa Flow, 300h My Vinyasa Practice, 200h Amazing Yoga Powerflow, 70h Goddessflow Rise and Shine, 70h Yin Yoga Kata Vandosselart, 60h Sylvie Lefranc Face Yoga, Yoga Sutra study module, Yogiflightschool program, sophrology training, etc.), as well as 7000 hours of classes given in studios and fitness centers, in private lessons and then in her yoga studio created in 2021. Today, she mainly teaches Vinyasa yoga and Yin yoga in her studio.
