Kristen Yates
Kristen is an integrative coach, yoga instructor, and soul journey facilitator on a mission to help people ignite their light within and express themselves freely and authentically in the world. It is her mission to help catalyze freedom-seekers and change-makers to live a purposeful, joyful, and vitalized life which is ignited in their life’s mission with an awakened mind, body, and spirit. Her studies have included her 200-hour yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India, and holistic health coach training as well as psychology, Ayurveda, meditation, and Reiki energy healing.
