Training content and daily rhythm

The 200-hour YTT is intentionally structured to balance study, practice, integration, and rest. Each day will follow a steady, supportive rhythm that allows the teachings to land not only in the mind, but also in the body and in lived experience.

Mornings will be devoted to grounding, embodiment, and personal practice, while afternoons will invite deeper learning, skill development, and practice teaching. Evenings will offer space for nourishment, reflection, and connection.

This 200-hour training hosted by Soulpreneur Yoga will be held in the Sacred Valley of Peru, a land long revered for its healing energy and spiritual depth. There, you will be deeply held and supported by the wisdom and majesty of this land and its sacred Apus (mountains).

Hacienda Paucartika, the retreat center, is a place where history and nature converge to create a truly transformative experience. Nestled in the heart of the Andes, beneath the ancient Incan ruins of Huchuy Qosqo, the 300-year-old hacienda offers a breathtaking backdrop for your next event.

Surrounded by majestic mountains and lush gardens, this sacred space invites you to step into a world where time slows down, and the beauty of nature nurtures every moment.

Food

You will enjoy three freshly made vegetarian meals daily (primarily organic and made with local produce). The meals will nourish and energize your work together with Soulrise Journeys in the training, and as such will be primarily sattvic (balancing) in nature.

Meat will be available as an additional request and at a small additional cost. For those who have dietary restrictions, please let Soulrise Journeys know before the start of the training so that the chefs can make arrangements.

How to get there

Arrival by plane

Once you have booked your flight into Alejandro Velasco Astete International Airport (CUZ), Soulrise Journeys will help you to organize your transport directly to the retreat center (for a small additional cost).

Students will fly into Cusco, Peru. Most international flights connect through Lima before arriving in Cusco. From there, you will be responsible for getting to the retreat center in the Sacred Valley. Soulrise Journeys will be happy to provide taxi / transportation resources at an additional cost, ensuring a smooth and scenic journey into the heart of the Andes.

Cancellation Policy
