How the training works
The distribution is 50% onsite (100 hours) and 50% online (100 hours). The online classes can be completed from two months before the training up to one year after the training and are completely self-paced. For the online portion, you will have access to supplemental online modules to complement your training and deepen your understanding at your own pace. Enjoy 13 days of in-person sessions at a peaceful villa surrounded by nature and a local yoga shala in a Mediterranean village for the ultimate learning environment.
Each day is thoughtfully designed to balance dynamic practice, embodied learning, rest, and integration, allowing the teachings to settle deeply into both body and mind. By the end of the training, you will graduate feeling confident, embodied, and inspired, equipped to teach yoga safely, creatively, and in your own unique voice.

Anika was born in Germany. After many years of traveling the world, she now dedicates her life to organizing and hosting different international yoga and Tantra events. She is a Tantra therapist and Rishikul Yogshala 200hr certified yoga teacher and has shared Hatha yoga flow, Yin yoga, & pregnancy yoga classes as well as private tantra therapy sessions, couple therapy and Tantric workshops in three different languages. Her intention is to contribute to the conscious awakening in the world for a life lead by unconditional love and universal peace and help individuals find their full potential.
Hagar Talmor
With 14 years of yoga practice and five years of teaching experience, she specializes in helping individuals cultivate emotional resilience, strength, and mindfulness. Her classes focus on core strength, which she believes is the foundation of both physical health and emotional well-being. Drawing from her journey as a mother and a woman over 40, she emphasizes empowering women to connect with their inner strength and self-love. Hagar combines elements of Iyengar, Ashtanga, and meditation to create a nurturing space and cultivate balance in your life.

The onsite training takes place in a peaceful countryside villa near Alcudia, just four kilometers from Alcudia Beach and surrounded by nature. This serene environment supports deep learning, rest, and self-reflection. The villa features:
