How the training works
This training will teach you step-by-step to integrate yoga into healthcare management for various lifestyle diseases. You can complete the course in your free time through recorded videos, and all teachers will be connected with you throughout this course and guide you in this beautiful journey of yoga. The self-paced training is from 2 to 3 months. You can start at any time and work at your own pace in your free time and complete the course in 2-3 months.
There will be 10 hours of 1-on-1 live sessions for doubt clearing and exams.
Pre recorded resources to help you complete the training in 2 months and enable you to integrate philosophy and best practices of yoga in healthcare and teach with confidence.
All online material will be shared on Vimeo or WeTransfer.

For admission in the course, it is suggested / desired that the candidate should be a graduate in any health stream or have completed the Level 1 Yoga Protocol Instructor YCB Course.
3.Brief role description
Master trainers in yoga educational institutions, yoga training courses, and training programs. He or she can also act as a yoga therapist under medical professionals. Can teach in yoga studios, hospitals, and institutions of higher learning.

Dr Vikas Chothe
Swasti’s founder, Dr. Vikas Chothe, holds an MD, PhD in Ayurvedic medicine and works as yoga teacher and consultant. He has worked as a yoga ambassador for Indian government and invited as guest speaker by Indian Embassy in Armenia, Austria, and Malaysia. He has been working as a lead examiner for yoga certification board (YCB), AYUSH Ministry and has conducted exams for more than 3,000 students to date and visited the USA, Cambodia, China, UAE, France, Italy for promotion of Yoga and Ayurveda. He is also a yoga school auditor and assessment expert for the Yoga Certification Board.
Dr Shwetambari Chothe
Dr. Shwetambari Chothe is a certified yoga teacher by the government of India, consulting homeopath, assistant professor in LMF Homoeopathic Medical College, Pune, and co-founder of Swasti Yoga Center. Since childhood, she had a keen interest in yoga and Indian culture. She is a great chef with Ayurveda healthy cooking as her specialty. Qualifications: MD Homoeopath, Anatomy and Physiology expert, yoga teacher, and practitioner for six years.
