Online Kids Yoga Teacher Training

Join this online kids yoga teacher training. This training is suitable for you who are interested in becoming a master trainer in playschools, primary, secondary schools, and sports centers. This is also for you who are keen to be a coach in various fitness and wellness centers. This training will teach you the step by step to integrate yoga into the personality development of kids. There will be 16 live sessions and resources to help you complete the training in 2 months and enable you to teach with confidence. Pre-application requirements

For admission in the course, it is suggested/ desired that the candidate should be graduate in any stream from a recognized University or equivalent. However, Yoga Institutions can define their own eligibility. For example, Level 1 Ministry of AYUSH/ 200 hours Yoga TTC /1-year experience in yoga.

Your online tuition fee serves as a credit to attend any further course at authentic classical Swasti Yoga Center, Pune.

Certifications

Certificate of completion is given by Swasti Yoga, an ISO Certified Yoga Center.

How the training works

There will be 16 live sessions throughout the course. The live sessions are held over Zoom on Monday (3-5 p.m.) and Wednesday (3-4 p.m.). Monday session is for theory and Wednesday is for practical. There will also be a Q&A session with the instructor, Dr. Vikas Chothe. The whole training will be 100-hour with 25 contact hours and 75 non-contact hours for the duration of 2 months.

All live sessions will be recorded daily and will be shared with you the next day. If you can’t attend all online classes you can complete the course in your free time through recorded videos and all teachers will be connected with you throughout this course and guide you in this beautiful journey of yoga.

The self-paced training is from 2 to 6 months. Courses are ongoing every 2 months. You can start at any time and work at your own pace in your free time and complete the course in 2-6 months.
