Yoga training
Whether you plan to teach yoga professionally or simply further deepen your own personal practice, this Thavathiru Yoga teacher training program will give you the solid foundation from which your skills can develop. Traditional Hatha, Yin, and the Ashtanga primary series will be studied throughout the course. Students will also have daily meditation, pranayama, and mantra classes.
This training features a mixture of meditation, pranayama, Vinyasa flow, Ashtanga primary series, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, and Aerial yoga.

Thirunavukkarasu is one of Thavathiru Yoga's most valued instructors with many years of experience in teaching Hatha yoga. Thiru's calm voice takes you on a journey of inner peace, connection to your true self, and awareness of your breath. His teaching is from the heart and brings you to your sacred place, an inner calm so that you don’t have to look anywhere else. He is a certified yoga teacher from Sivananda Yoga. His yogic art forms come out as a combination of Ashtanga, Shivananda, and Hatha yoga. He is a strong yoga phosphor and experienced in Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin, and Aerial yoga.
