This 300-hour yoga teacher training is an intense and advanced-level course that dives deeper into the topics covered in the 200-hour YTTC. The 300-hour yoga teacher training is the best way to deepen your knowledge of yoga practice which will really help you in your teaching career. As a yoga teacher, you may have to teach to advanced-level students as well. So it is advised to do the 300-hour course to expand your yogic knowledge.
In this intensive 300-hour yoga training you will learn teaching techniques, pranayama breathing, yoga therapy, meditation, philosophy, yoga postures, etc. You will strengthen your knowledge and help to improve yourself as a teacher.
Certifications
Students who complete this training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT).
Eligibility for 300-hour YTTC
This 300-Hour YTTC is suitable for those who have completed the 200-hour yoga teacher training course but are looking for an advanced course to become a skilled and confident yoga teacher.
- Students must have good fitness and flexibility.
- You must have an RYT 200 certificate to join this course.
- If you are already a yoga teacher with 1-2 years of teaching experience but do not hold a 200 YTT certification, you are still eligible to join this course.

Exam and Certification
Nirvana Yoga School conducts exams after the 300-hour yoga teacher training course that includes both theory and practicals. The theoretical exam includes questions related to asanas, meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and more. The practical exam includes yoga postures, teaching methodology, practices, adjustments, alignments, and demonstrations. You will get marks based on the exam and they will provide you with a certificate for successfully completing the course.
Nirvana Yoga School offers certification for yoga teachers based on their exams. You will have to successfully pass the exam in order to get the certificate.

Man Mahesh Harjai
Mann Harjai is a very calm and humble yoga practitioner who is always ready to help others in whatever way he can, be it guiding or counseling, teaching the techniques of pranayama and meditation, or teaching the therapeutic effects of yoga. His main intention is to share with others the real essence of yoga by which we can make the best use of this human form of life. For the last 6 years, he has been sharing the science of yoga with people from around the world in different schools and NGOs. He has conducted several workshops in schools for teachers and children.
Shobhit Ghanshyala
Known affectionately as Shubh, Shobhit Ghanshyala has studied and practiced yoga under many great Guru/ Masters from different yoga schools like Ashtanga and Iyengar. He has lived in ashrams like Shivananda Ashram; Trivandrum and Divine Life Society; Rishikesh which has further deepened his yogic life and practice. He offers this accumulated experience, wisdom, and knowledge through his teaching. Education: M.A in yoga from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University, Haridwar, and 8+ years of overall teaching experience.
