Develop your skills in Aerial yoga and Aerial Yin yoga at the most beautiful location, Villa Beauty, a calming space above the sea. This training is open to all levels - beginners welcome. You'll have a certificate with Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) / American Yoga Alliance (AYA). With UeberGluecklich's training standards, you'll follow the new guidelines of the AYA and thus guarantee a high quality of training for yoga teachers.
Instructions will be offered in English and/or German.

The 'Villa Beauty,’ a beautiful villa above the village of Milies on the Pelion, is surrounded by nature with a view of the sea. It offers:
- 7 double rooms with private bathrooms (the beds can be separated)
- 1 double room without a bathroom
- 1 extra restroom with two sinks and a toilet
- Plenty of terrace space, pool, and relaxation areas
- A large living room with a fireplace and dining area
- Modern, fully equipped kitchen
Villa Beauty's yoga area has plenty of space for you, about 120m is partly shaded and offers everything you need for your yoga practice if you want to practice yoga on your mat.
The Aerial area offers space for 16 hammocks. What could be better than flying over the sea while you develop as an Aerial yoga teacher!

Aerial yoga: Fly Yoga
With Aerial yoga, you'll defy gravity! Joyfully swing, swing, and fly - yoga made easy! You'll experience yoga poses weightlessly in a wonderfully soft and elastic sling, originally used in circus acrobatics. You'll experience much greater flexibility than on the ground. You'll relax, become stronger, and achieve balance. And above all, it'll make you ecstatic.
Aerial Yin yoga: Deep relaxation and stretching
You will passively remain in the stretching yoga positions for an extended period. The Aerial sling will help you perform the exercises wonderfully. The sling hangs just above the floor. It will be an efficient workout for fascia and connective tissue - regeneration and relaxation at the same time. It will make you much more flexible and extremely happy!
The course consists of eight hours of training:
Course content: 4-day Aerial yoga
- Safe instruction and assistance for over 80 asanas

- Basic anatomy, focusing on joints and spine
- Mantras, mudras, chakras
- Meditation and relaxation in the Aerial hammock
- Safety, installation, and care of the Aerial hammock and accessories
- How to build your aerial business
Course content: 2-day Aerial Yin yoga
- Safe instruction and assistance for over 70 asanas
- Adaptation for health restrictions
- Planning and conducting Aerial Yin classes
- Basics of Yin yoga
- Meridian system
- Meditation and relaxation in the Aerial hammock
- Safety, installation, and care of the Aerial hammock and accessories
- Understanding and implementing Aerial Yin and deep classes

Included excursions
If there is time, the group will will visit the beaches in the afternoon, or you can visit some of the ancient villages around Villa Beauty. Otherwise, you can chill at the pool or terraces of the villa.

Brigitte Favre
Brigitte loves seeing people joyful! After 30 years in training and management in international business, she decided to dedicate herself exclusively to things that make her happy. She is a yoga therapist specializing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga Chikitsa, Yin yoga, and all Aerial yoga disciplines. She also works as a licensed psychotherapist specializing in hypnosis and practices sound healing with gongs and singing bowls. She looks forward to meeting you!
Beate Kuzior-Hoffstaedter
Mother of three – and a mother through and through. Besides motherhood, her path led her from textile buyer to passionate florist with her own shop, then to dog training and yoga. Dogs are wonderful companions and have long been a part of her life. She always loved being active and learning new things. Yoga, yoga therapy, and especially Aerial yoga are her passion, and she has turned them into her profession. She is also a nutritionist and offers yoga for cancer patients. She is really looking forward to spending time with you!
Location
Your teacher training will happen at the place ‘where the gods go on holiday.’ You will stay at a wonderful villa of peace and power above the sea, in beautiful Greece! The ‘Villa Beauty,’ as this enchanting house is called, is located near Volos on the Pelion peninsula.

There are several options to get from the airport to Milies: bus, rental car, or shuttle transport. UeberGluecklich will be happy to organize a transport for you from the airport to the Villa Beauty. They can organize a group transportation depending on arrival times. Just talk to them.

- A reservation requires a deposit of 40% of the total price.
- The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is cancelled.
