There are many amazing options nearby with ocean views, beach bungalows, and five-star resorts. You can easily walk to the shala. A morning shuttle service is available for a small fee.

3D Homestay (2 minutes drive), is a budget ocean view resort with private rooms and shared rooms with two beds. All rooms have AC, balcony, TV, mini fridge, bathroom, towels, toiletries and free Wi-Fi. Some rooms have ocean views.

Naturela Homestay (4 minutes drive) offers cozy stays with an outdoor pool, restaurant, and free WiFi. Some rooms have balconies with pool views, and all include AC, a desk, seating area, wardrobe, and en-suite bathroom. Naturela Café serves Western and Oriental dishes, packed lunches, and special diet meals.

Gatsby Hotel (4 minutes drive) The homestay offers rooms with air conditioning, shared dorms, private rooms and bathrooms, and free WiFi. Each room is equipped with a wardrobe and desk. What You Will Learn

Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga

Mornings begin with meditation and pranayama, followed by a two-hour class of hatha or vinyasa yoga with options for beginner and advanced. Classes feature signature themes such as chakra awakening, trauma release, advanced transitions, creative sequencing and more. Also enjoy one magical sunset class on the beach.

Asana Labs

Receive detailed instruction on core yoga poses to build a solid foundation. Learn correct form and function of poses, proper alignment, technique, variations for different levels, and modifications with props. Gain deeper knowledge of breath awareness, bandha engagement, physiological benefits, and hands-on adjustments.

Teaching Skills

One highlight of this course is the attention to creating confident and skilled instructors. You will learn teaching skills, teaching methodology and class design. You practice teaching everyday, plus teach a complete class every week. Receive detailed feedback to grow and develop. At the end of this training, you will be ready to go out and teach professionally.

Aerial, Acro and Yin Yoga

Each day includes a special workshop to provide you with a dynamic skillset. Aerial yoga explores a dynamic range of motion, curing back pain with traction and inversions. Acro yoga helps you to elevate your sense of balance and engagement, becoming more self-aware by connecting with others. Yin yoga helps to relieve stress and trauma, break up scar tissue, to promote self-healing.

Functional Anatomy

Gain a deeper understanding of bodily systems and structures. Learn the principles underlying each movement and of yoga itself. Learn about bones, muscles, fascia, joints and nervous system. Explore how this all works together to enhance your alignment, hands adjustments, and ability to guide students with special needs and injuries.

Philosophy

Discover your true self and the deeper nature of reality through the sacred wisdom of ancient yogic philosophy. Incorporate these lessons in the real world to cultivate a holistic yoga lifestyle. Topics include the yoga sutras by Patanjali, 8 limbs of yoga, chakras, gunas, doshas. Check the schedule for intro to Hinduism, ayurveda, tantra, kundalini and more.

Flexible Online Studies

This course includes 75 hours of required online study, which you can complete before or after the onsite training. It consists of videos covering all topics. You just need to watch the videos; your progress is automatically tracked. This is a wonderful tool to review the teachings, deepen your knowledge, and customize the course to your needs.

10 vs 14, 21 and 28 day trainings

  • 10 day focuses on Vinyasa Yoga. 14/21/28 are Multi-style.
  • Online studies: 10 day has 200hr, 14 has 180hr, 21 has 130hr, 28 has 75hr.
  • 10 day has class everyday. 14/21/28 have half Saturday off and all Sunday off.
  • 10 day has optional afternoon class. 14/21/28 have longer breaks.
  • 28 day, one week focuses on aerial or yin yoga.
  • 10-14-21-28 day all start together and train together.

Specialty Week

One week is dedicated to your specialty choice — a 50-hour course in Aerial or Yin Yoga. During this week, students from the 50hr, 200hr, and 300-hour trainings come together for an unforgettable shared experience.

  • Class size: 8-18 students. Possibly 20.
  • Level: Intermediate to Advanced
  • Age range: typically 20 to 60 years old.
  • Prerequisites: They recommend you have at least 20 hours of yoga experience in the last 2 months.
  • Language: Courses are in English. Most students are not native English speakers, so don't be nervous.

The online studies will be pre-recorded and students get access for 2 years from the end date of the course to complete it. However, they recommend finishing the online studies before arrival since it helps better prepare them for the onsite training.

This course takes place at Le Bamboo Bali, a beautiful 4-star ocean-view eco resort. Enjoy an intimate yoga shala surrounded by lush green nature, a delicious cafe, infinity pool, and deluxe bungalows.

Arrival by airplane

Please book your flight to arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS). You can take a taxi to your accommodation. Or you can order rides via Gojek or Grab. Get a local SIM card at the airport for internet.
