Le Bamboo (onsite)
4-star ocean view boutique resort offering bohemian bungalows with lush garden views, queen beds, wardrobe, desk, and small fridge, plus a cafe, and an amazing ocean view infinity pool.
3D Homestay (4min walk)
A wonderful ocean view resort with private rooms and shared rooms with two beds. All rooms have air conditioning, balcony, TV, mini fridge, bathroom, towels and toiletries. There is a beautiful ocean view swimming pool and some rooms also have ocean views.

Offers cozy stays with an outdoor pool, restaurant, and free WiFi, plus complimentary parking. Yoga Practice
- Ulu Yoga offers the perfect balance of structured yoga training and life changing experience in paradise.
- Each morning begins with a two hour guided class of hatha or vinyasa yoga, whcih includes pranayama and meditation, options for beginner and intermediate levels, hands on adjustments, and a follow up feedback session.
- One class is held on the beach, giving you a chance to connect with nature and enjoy the gorgeous turquoise waters and limestone cliffs.
Pranayama & Meditation
In Meditation you will learn various techniques including vipassana meditation, mantra meditation, trataka, walking, gratitude, trauma release and yoga nidra.
In Pranayama you will learn Nadi Shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), Kapalabhati (skull shining breath), Bhramari (humming bee), Ujjayi (victory breath), Bhastrika (fire breath).
Asana Lab
- Each day you will re-examine the roots of asana form and function on a much deeper level.

- Aerial yoga is one of Ulu Yoga's greatest specialties! You will love training with their cushioned swings. Learn to cure back pain with traction and inversions.
- Acro yoga is a fun challenge, helping you to elevate your sense of balance and engagement, becoming more self aware by connecting with others.
- Yin yoga, yoga nidra and restorative yoga help you to relieve stress, break up scar tissue, and promote healing through fascia release, as well as letting go of stored trauma.
- Ashtanga yoga serves as a bridge between hatha and vinyasa yoga by providing a structured set sequence.

Online Studies
- This course has 180 hours of required online study. After you pay your deposit you will receive access to the complete online course. It’s good to do some online studies in advance to prepare. You can follow the classes in order or skip around and choose what content best serves your needs and interests.
- You can also do your online studies after the onsite training. Simply watch the videos that were not covered onsite so you are not repeating the same content. However, for most classes the online and onsite instructors are different. It can be greatly beneficial to repeat some lessons to gain deeper insight.
10 vs 14, 21 and 28 day trainings
- 10 day focuses on Vinyasa Yoga. 14/21/28 are Multi-style.
- Online studies: 10 day has 200hr, 14 has 180hr, 21 has 130hr, 28 has 75hr.
- 10 day has class everyday. 14/21/28 have half Saturday off and all Sunday off.
- 10 day has optional afternoon class. 14/21/28 have longer breaks.
- 28 day, the last week focuses on aerial or yin yoga.
- 10-14-21-28 day all start together and train together.

Included excursions
Included is one free visit to Santai Recovery Spa, a peaceful garden sanctuary in Bingin featuring a large dry sauna, hot and cold plunge pools, and a tropical swimming pool. Instructors
Cody Pizer
Cody is a lead ULU Yoga trainer. He has been teaching yoga globally for several years and instructing multiple yoga teacher training as a lead and senior instructor. He has trained in India and Thailand on multi-style Vinyasa, Yoga, Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin teacher training, and attended multiple movements, anatomy, and meditation workshops throughout Asia. He has certifications in Aerial and SUP yoga. Additionally, he has several years of experience in Qigong, primal movement, contemporary dance, Calisthenic training, and a black belt in Taekwondo.
Manjeet Mathur
Manjeet started yoga and self-awareness path in 2009. He completed his 200-hour, 300-hour, yoga therapy modules 1 and 2 multi-style YTT with Parimukti Yoga in India. He also has certifications in meditation training and Iyengar yoga. Manjeet has taught 3000+ hours in 50-plus yoga and meditation teacher training specializing in Hatha yoga, meditations, practical yoga philosophy, chakras, pranayama, and more. He has a very human approach to yoga and believes in personalizing practices for everyone. Emotional awareness and making a light, playful space also is Manjeet's specialties.
Kehkashan Nadeem
Kehkashan has 20 years of yoga experience. Her first yoga training was more than 1000 hours long over a six-month period followed by three months of volunteer teaching in 2001. She has completed a 500-hour advanced yoga teacher training in Nepal, Hot yoga teacher training from Absolute Yoga Academy, advance teaching skills at the Yoga Expert Academy, Aerial yoga teacher training at ULU Yoga, and Sky yoga level 2 TT in Bali. She is a master at taking you through the paces, drawing connections between poses, giving you the confidence to try tricky things and get into advanced poses eventually.
Janaina Mendes
Janaina has completed over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, including multiple 200, 300, and 800-hour YTTs. Other qualifications include Acro yoga, Aerial yoga, Thai Massage, Water Therapy, and Reiki. Her teachings focus on correct and safe alignment while empowering students to look inwards and expand their perceptions. She intends to create a space where students can develop a deep connection and understanding of themselves through a journey of love and compassion. Janaina’s calm, centred energy and teaching style facilitate a powerful depth to her classes.
Edward Pawlak
Edward (USA) started yoga in 2007. He has studied and taught all over the world and completed training in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, traditional Thai massage, meditation, and Aerial yoga. In 2014, Edward founded ULU Yoga and began offering 200 and 300-hour yoga teacher training. Before yoga, Edward taught university education, worked in music theatre production and volunteered at numerous permaculture farms and eco-retreat centers. Edward’s passion is to inspire others through creative exploration and empower students to change their lives to help others.
Héloïse Chong
Héloïse has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has been dedicating the last six years to following her heart and deepening her own practice in the Himalayas, Thailand, and Bali. She is a certified Vinyasa and Restorative yoga teacher and has completed additional training on the Chakra system, Thai massage, SUP yoga, Aerial yoga, and multiple modalities of emotional and energetic healing. Héloïse believes that yoga is a tool that can be used for self-healing, and purification of mind, body, and soul, as well as a path back to your true self.
Matthew Lloyd
Lloydie has been teaching Acroyoga and Yoga Anatomy for over 2yrs. He teaches weekly Acroyoga and Yin classes across Bali, and anatomy on Yoga teacher trainings. Lloydie is certified under Yoga Alliance 200hr multi style yoga, and also under Yoga Alliance Professionals 200hr Acroyoga. He previously studied Sports Science at University and ice bath and breath work facilitating in Bali. He has a background in track and field, football, and was a professional Firefighter for 18yrs in London. Lloydie's passion is to help people combine a love for movement and exercise that is safe and sustainable.
Leila Freidman
Leila Friedman (Swiss) has a dynamic range of life experience and skills to share. She grew up traveling the world as a fashion model, actress and TV host. She has completed several 200 and 300 hour Teacher Trainings in Ashtanga Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Pre and Post Natal, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kids Yoga, Trauma informed Yoga. Leila is a certified Holistic Health Coach, NLP life coach, Human Design Reader, Level 4 Heart Centered Reiki Grand Master Teacher, Advanced Chakra Healing Practitioner, and a Raw Vegan Dessert Chef. She has been teaching yoga since 2011 and is a Yoga Alliance RYT-500.
Marylene Henry
Marylene is an RYT500 + YACEP with Yoga Alliance, founder and lead teacher of Zazyoga, and Doctor of Osteopathy. She also works with other schools in Bali and Dubai to teach Vinyasa, yoga anatomy, therapeutic yoga, Asana labs, philosophy, etc. Her specialty is functional anatomy, accessible yoga (adaptation of various practices) and art of sequencing classes. She also teaches pranayama and meditation, as well as yoga nidra and restorative yoga.
Flora Toth
Originally Hungarian-Slovakian, Flora has been a global nomad for over 13 years, living in Japan, the Philippines, Indonesia, and the UK. With a background in ballroom dancing, swimming, calisthenics, freediving, and yoga, she discovered a passion for acroyoga in 2019 with her partner, Lloydie. Together, they moved to Bali to pursue their dream of teaching acroyoga as Double Up. Flo focuses on helping students build a sustainable and enjoyable movement practice. In acroyoga, she emphasizes fun, aesthetics, and the graceful details that create flowing, elegant movements.
Elena Feliciano
Elena is a passionate yoga teacher and trauma-informed coach who helps students reconnect with their bodies, step out of their comfort zones, and trust their inner voice. Her classes blend dynamic flow with grounding stillness, offering a safe and nurturing space for self-discovery. She began her yoga journey in Bali in 2018 and later completed her 200hr and 300hr teacher trainings, along with a 50hr Power Yoga certification with ULU Yoga. Elena has taught across the US, Europe, Africa, and Asia, and brings a compassionate, intuitive approach to every class.
Arbely Rubalcava
Arbely, originally from Mexico and raised in Montréal, discovered yoga at 18 as a path of healing after leaving competitive gymnastics. Since completing her first 500hr YTT in India in 2009, she has taught internationally for over 16 years, studying Ashtanga with Sharath R. Jois and leading teacher trainings worldwide. She believes yoga is a grounding, healing practice accessible to all and is dedicated to guiding students toward deeper self-connection.

Bali is a tropical island paradise known as the Island of the Gods. Uluwatu is one of the most beautiful parts of Bali with stunning limestone cliffs, turquoise waters and world famous surfing, hip cafes, beach bars, boutique shops, live music, dance, spas and massage.

Le Bamboo Resort, Training Location
This training takes place at Le Bamboo Resort, a beautiful ocean view boutique resort, just a few minutes to famous Bingin Beach in Uluwatu, Bali.
