Course information
Yoga Nidra is one of the practice comes in yoga which is derived from tantras. It is a powerful technique in which you learn to relax consciously also called conscious sleep, deep sleep, or psychic sleep. In this, you are sleeping with awareness. Nowadays, because of your unhealthy lifestyle, poor eating habits, improper sleep, lots of physical, mental, and emotional issues come in life which brings unhappiness and lots of suffering within yourself.
Many people who look healthy from the body do not have a healthy mind. Many are struggling to release the suppressed emotions and unwanted desires. In yoga, they have many techniques which bring complete harmony in the body and mind. Yoga Nidra is one of them. Yoga meaning "union or one-pointed awareness" and Nidra means "sleep".
