The accommodation is in the same building where the classes will take place. The accommodation includes a yoga hall, a dining hall, and fresh drinking water, so it is convenient for the student. The school provides Wi-fi and laundry services at certain hours of the day. The rooms are clean and spacious and include water and room heaters. There is an option to choose from single or double occupancy rooms as per your convenience. The school has a shop inside the premises to buy everyday items and a fruit shop right outside the building. Code of Conduct For Students and Basic Ethics

Every school or organization must have some basic rules and code of conduct and so does the Vinyasa Yogshala. Below are those rules:

  • The students must always respect their gurus and must maintain rules and regulations.
  • There is no smoking and drinking rule on the campus.
  • Anything that has been borrowed must be duly returned and hat too in time.
  • Full attendance is expected in all scheduled programs. If there is any sort of emergency then complete information is to be given.
  • The kitchen manager must be informed if there is any other plan and the food is not required for any particular day.
  • Class timings are very strict and all students must maintain punctuality.
  • In Vinyasa Yogshala accommodation will be provided only to students and staff.

Policies of Vinyasa Yogashala

  • Anti Harassment Policy - No student shall be responsible for any sort of harassment issue. Protection again sexual, personal, physical, harassment is a heavy punishable act.
  • Anti-Retaliation Policy -This is the rule for protection against any sort of violation of the code of conduct.
  • Attendance Policy - This policy helps students figure out all queries and questions regarding attendance and participation in different events. Attendance is very strict and everyone must follow the policy and guidelines.

Included excursions

Vinyasa Yogashala organizes excursions for students to help them explore places that will help not only to rejuvenate them and relax their minds but also help them be inspired and go deeper into the practice. Excursions are usually done on Sunday mornings and the rest of the day is for students to relax, revise and explore the beauty that’s Rishikesh. The school takes to places like Beatles Ashram, Parmarth Nikethan, Kunjapuri Temple, Vashishta Cave, etc. The fee for the trips is included in the course.

Situated amidst the lap of Mother Nature surrounded by the Himalayas and the beautiful river Ganga flowing through, Rishikesh is one of the best places to learn and practice yoga. Food you eat is yet another principal factor that affects your yoga practice and spiritual journey. At Vinyasa Yogashala, they give utmost importance to the food they serve the students. The food they provide is Sattvic (full of goodness) and healthy yet light so that it doesn’t make you lethargic. They ensure the food provides you with all the necessary nutrients.

The meals are mostly vegetarian but vegan and gluten-free food is also provided at request. Teas, juices, and fresh fruits can be provided any time of the day upon request. Arrival by airplane

If your flight arrives at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), the school will transfer you to and from the school for 150 USD both ways. For the flights arriving at Jolly Grant Airport (DED), free pickups will be arranged by the school when informed in advance.

Arrival by train

If you’re traveling by train from Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL), you can hire a taxi to get you to Delhi station. The Train will take you to Haridwar, from where you can hire another taxi to get you to the school.

Arrival by bus

If you are willing to travel by bus, you can easily find one to take you to Rishikesh. At the Rishikesh bus stand, it will only take you 15 mins to get to Tapovan.
