The course/hours count as Continuing Education hours for Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®) only.

How the training works

This training is self-paced. The minimum time you need to complete this training is 10 days and the maximum time is up to 12 months. To pass this yoga teacher training, you have to complete the 75 non-contact hours (pre-recorded videos and self-study), as well as attending 5 live sessions (2 hours each). There will be practical and written and oral test that you have to complete in order to pass the course.

There is no specific daily schedule. The timing of sessions can be arranged based on your preferred hours and time zone. You can arrange your live sessions' time directly with Vinyasa Yoga Shala. All times are based on IST/GMT+5:30.
