Ancient Wisdom for Modern Living
Ayurveda, known as the “science of life,” is an ancient holistic health system that emphasizes personalized wellness strategies. Rooted in the balance of the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—this training, led by Dr. Renuka Yadav delves into self-care rituals, nutritional principles, and lifestyle practices that promote balance and prevent illness.
Yin Yoga Therapy™ – Release of Physical, Emotional and Energetic tension
Yin Yoga Therapy™ is a meditative and introspective practice that works deeply on the body’s connective tissues, energy meridians, and emotional balance.
