Yoga Nisarga
Goa is a much greener state in India, and Yoga Nisarga is located in beautiful nature just 5 minutes walking distance from famous and beautiful Mandrem Beach, Goa.
The yoga center is a two-story building and a beautiful resort surrounded by coconut trees and nature with a mountain, an ideal location for yoga teacher training and retreats.
Rooms
The rooms are clean and comfortable with helpful staff. The rooms are equipped with a king-sized bed with an AC, an attached bath, and hot water. If you plan to arrive a few days before or wish to stay a few days more after the course ends, let Yoga Nisarga know so they can reserve the room for you, depending upon availability. You are responsible for the extra nights’ accommodation fees.
You will enjoy yoga and meditation practice in the spacious rooftop yoga hall with a beautiful mountain view.

- Yoga Nisarga’s yoga teacher training program is meticulously designed to satisfy the requirements of the Hatha Yoga and half primary series Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow
- During your yoga asana classes, you will learn how to correctly move through different postures, and exercise the prana (breath), drishti (point of focus), and bandhas

Introduction to Yoga and Yogic Practice

Alignment and Adjustment and Teaching Practice
During the first two weeks of the yoga teacher training course in Goa, you will receive every day one and half-hour alignment classes focusing on adjustment and alignment techniques for the main postures of the Hatha yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow and a few other more advanced poses.
This class will also include modifications, advanced variations, the use of props to adapt to everybody's types / problems, and the form of each pose and how to teach it (arm balances, backbends, inversions, among others), and regular hands-on adjustments practice.

Human Anatomy and Physiology
The course has a comprehensive anatomy and physiology section, which students find fun and engaging. It is easier to practice and teach Yoga Asanas when one understands the human musculoskeletal system. They teach applied anatomy so that you will understand how to use it wisely and systematically in your teaching.

Instructors
Swami Chaittanya Hari
Swami Chaittanya Hari is a Director of Yoga Nisarga. “Yoga to meditation”– that’s the essential path which Hari has to offer in his teachings. Swami Chaittanya Hari founded Yoga Nisarga in 2007. Hari was introduced to Yoga and meditation practices when he was six years old. Hari has also teaching experience in different schools and individual workshops in India, China, Russia, Thailand, Egypt and Lebanon.
Jessica Uprety
Jessica Uprety, co-founder of Yoga Nisarga and an E-RYT 200 hrs Yoga Alliance teacher. She was born into a spiritual family and has been practicing various meditation techniques since her childhood. She explored varieties of methods, from Buddhist meditations to Osho’s techniques and many others. She wants to integrate her knowledge of Psychology, Yoga, and Ayurveda through meditation as the center to help humanity. She strongly believes the greatest joy comes from sharing what you know with others.
