200-hour yoga teacher training program
This Yoga Alliance-accredited training includes daily Hatha and Vinyasa practices, meditation, pranayama, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and teaching methodology. The program is intensive, structured, and deeply immersive. Through repetition, feedback, and consistent practice, students progressively build the confidence and skills needed to teach yoga safely and authentically.

Daily practice and asana lab
Daily practice is at the heart of the immersion. Students progressively build strength, mobility, awareness, and understanding through structured Hatha and Vinyasa classes combined with in-depth Asana Lab sessions. Rather than simply learning poses, students explore how postures function within the body, the breath, and the nervous system.

Experience Yoga Breeze Bali
Life during the training follows a rhythm designed to support immersion, learning, recovery, and connection. Mornings begin with meditation, pranayama, and practice. Days are filled with study, movement, teaching practice, and shared experiences within the group. Evenings offer time for integration, recovery, reflection, sauna and ice bath sessions, community connection, or rest by the pool. Over 24 days, the training becomes more than a course — it becomes a lived experience shared.

Instructors
Julie Varin
Julie (RYT 500/E RYT 200) is a former classical dancer, she naturally turned to yoga inspired by a holistic approach to life. Dedicated to teaching yoga in its most authentic form, she focuses on self-awareness to helps students understand their bodies, feelings, and emotions. In this logic, Julie wants to bring an understanding of yoga as a whole, extend its benefits beyond the mat, and train responsible and passionate yoga teachers.
Lia Gunawan
Lia’s yoga journey began in 2005, yoga and meditation practice fundamentally changed her life perspective. Traditional Hatha yoga became her first choice to truly understand what yoga is for her, then she continued to explore some other tradition of Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Lia (E-RYT200) hopes you will find your own way on practice and create your own fun journey to live in. For her, yoga is a way of life to be truly alive with love and compassion all around.
Marylene Henry
Marylene RYT-500 is specialized in Yoga anatomy and therapeutic applications. After teaching corporate yoga, she decided to pursue a PhD in Osteopathy to deepen her knowledge of the physical body. Today, Marylene teaches private and group classes, and co-host Yoga Teacher Trainings in Bali, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. Using her own experience as a guide, she approaches yoga in a holistic way to help clients and students find peace of mind and regain self-confidence.
Sandy Guruh Nugroho
In 2010, Sandy wanted above all to improve her martial practice and went to yoga mainly for its efficiency. After studying and practicing Hatha & Ashtanga Yoga intensively, Yoga has become essential to his daily life. Sandy is now an exciting teacher and a truly talented practitioner nicknamed Ninja.
Location
The October Yoga Teacher Training takes place in a private venue exclusively reserved for Yoga Breeze Bali students throughout the entire 24-day immersion. Ideally located between Ubud and Sanur, the space offers the perfect balance between Bali’s lush rice fields and the nearby ocean, creating an environment that feels both grounding and open.
Surrounded by tropical nature and away from the noise and overstimulation of busier areas, the venue is designed to support focus, presence, recovery, and meaningful connection during the training. Students have access to comfortable accommodations, a spacious yoga shala, swimming pool, sauna, ice bath, and shared community spaces that support both practice and rest. Every part of the environment is intentionally aligned with the rhythm of the immersion: from early morning sessions and study hours to recovery, reflection, and community life.
More than simply a place to stay, the venue quickly begins to feel like a home. Over the 24 days, students live, practice, study, share meals, grow, and move through the experience together. The intimacy of the space naturally creates a strong sense of connection, support, and community that becomes an essential part of the journey.
