Lakshmi Gowda
Lakshmi Gowda, a former IT professional who is now seeking spiritual enlightenment, was raised in a religious and conservative family. She left the corporate world in search of embarked a spiritual journey. She traveled while seeking knowledge towards yogic life in different parts of India (Karnataka to Rishikesh). She specialized in Pre and Postnatal yoga, pranayama, yoga anatomy, Yin yoga, Face yoga and meditation.
Aditi Mundi
Born in a family with deep rooted spiritual lineage in Shahtipaat Yoga, Aditi, an electrical engineer and an entrepreneur, is blessed with spiritual guidance from her grandfather since a very young age. Aditi has both traditional Guru-Shishya knowledge as well as formal training in yoga. She has successfully completed Yoga Uisharad.
