The Yog Drishyam 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training is a 21-day immersive experience designed to balance structured learning with rest, reflection, and personal growth. Students follow a consistent routine that gradually builds their understanding of yoga as a lifestyle, practice, and teaching path.

The training is available from September to April. The official course start date is the 3rd of each month. Students are warmly welcome to arrive on the 2nd to settle in, relax, and get comfortable before the program begins.
