What is Yin yoga?

Yin yoga is a slow-paced and meditative style of yoga that primarily focuses on passive floor poses held for an extended period. It is designed to target the deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, tendons, and fascia, with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.

Yin yoga is not only a physical practice but also a journey inward, encouraging self-reflection and a deeper connection to one’s own body and mind. It offers a unique and complementary approach to the more dynamic styles of yoga, promoting balance and holistic well-being.
