praddep singh
Having curated a strong team, he is a role model and an inspiration to teach authentically and to live like a true yogi. (You will understand detachment when you meet him!) His wealth of knowledge across yoga, human psychology, and neuroscience, and years of experience in teaching are unparalleled.
Yogesh Jakhmola
Yogesh Ji, one of the senior teachers, has an in-depth understanding of Anatomy and Psychology and can assess students quickly and insightfully. Holding a Master’s degree in Yogic Science and a Master’s in Psychology, he integrates science and philosophy in a way that resonates at every stage of life. Food
Bali Yog Peeth's carefully curated menu of wholesome, organic dishes nourishes both body and soul. Savor fresh, nutrient-rich meals that will delight your taste buds and support your well-being, making your stay a holistic journey of rejuvenation and self-care.
The yoga school not only focuses on the optimum learning of yoga, but also on providing students with the perfect yoga diet that will help them to learn yoga in its factual state. Yoga food provided by the yoga school keeps students energized for the heavy yogic workout.
All the food that Bali Yog Peeth serves is from fresh vegetables, spices, and nuts, and is prepared onsite to serve hot and fresh food.
Alkaline start
Lemon water served on an empty stomach detoxifies acids and toxins that are generated in the body overnight. A cup of coffee, lemon tea, or green tea will then wake up all the organs to make yourself ready for the yogic workout.
Sattvic diet
A sattvic diet served by the yoga school leads to the clarity of the mind, thoughts, and physical health of the body. This diet is eco-friendly, alkaline, and very light. Fresh fruits, nuts, vegetables, grains, etc. are part of a sattvic diet. Bali Yog Peeth believes that a yogi must follow only the sattvic diet plan.
Plant-based diet
Heat destroys the enzymes, fiber, and nutrient contents of the food to an extent. As per Bali Yog Peeth's belief, raw food provides minerals and vitamins in the most virgin form. The enzymes play a crucial role in fighting disease and making the digestive system strong.
Herbs like coriander, turmeric, cardamom, ginger, and pepper are detoxifying, anti-microbial, and anti-inflammatory in nature, which helps in lowering stress and stimulates the functions of thyroids.
