  • 06:30 - 07:00 Wake-up and light meditation
  • 07:00 - 09:00 Morning yoga practice: Hatha and Vinyasa, pranayama and breathwork

  • 10:00 - 12:00 Yoga theory: anatomy, philosophy, history, and teaching methodology
  • 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch and rest
  • 13:00 - 15:00 Practicum: teaching labs, sequencing, adjustments, and peer feedback

Imagine beginning each day with sun salutations as the Indian Ocean glows gold at sunrise. The sound of waves nourishes your heart. The rhythm of the tides guides your breath.
