- 06:30 - 07:00 Wake-up and light meditation
- 07:00 - 09:00 Morning yoga practice: Hatha and Vinyasa, pranayama and breathwork
- 09:00 - 10:00 Breakfast and break
- 10:00 - 12:00 Yoga theory: anatomy, philosophy, history, and teaching methodology
- 12:00 - 13:00 Lunch and rest
- 13:00 - 15:00 Practicum: teaching labs, sequencing, adjustments, and peer feedback
- 15:00 - 16:00 Workshop / specialty session (Restorative yoga, meditation, mindfulness)
- 16:00 - 17:30 Self-practice / journaling / reflection / homework assignments

Vivienne Zeng
Vivienne Zeng is an international yoga teacher and trainer known for leading yoga teacher training programs and workshops, particularly in Bali. She is recognized for her practical teaching style and extensive experience in yoga education.
