It means to be aware of your lower and higher tendencies in order to be aware of individual and universal dimensions of yourself.
D’vine yoga is an inner journey:
- From conflict to connection
- From reaction to response
- From duality to non-duality
- From individual self to transcendental self
- From darkness (tamas) to light (sattva)
- From ignorance to wisdom
- From lower-self to higher-self
- From close being to openness
- From small mind to big mind
- From meditativeness to equanimity
