Eva Maxine Hamilton
Eva Hamilton is an international yoga educator RYT 1000hrs, YACEP. Passionate about yoga since her youth, Eva has taught yoga professionally for ten years. Her intention in teaching is to craft supportive and nourishing energy for self-exploration. Her own practice is grounded in transforming feelings of anxiety into freedom. While she enjoys the creative possibilities of a flow-based practice, her passion is to help people release stress and anxiety to return to wholeness. Her gentle energy is best known for her Restorative and Yin practices.
Alexandria Waycott
Alexandria Waycott is a Canadian Yoga Educator who has been teaching for over 14 years. Her work focuses primarily on supporting yoga teachers through 200-hour yoga teacher trainings and continuing education for those looking to refine their skills. She holds an E-RYT 500 designation and is recognized by Yoga Alliance as a Continuing Education Provider.
