How the training works
Eva Yoga's newly adapted online course format features a blend of pre-recorded practices and educational resources, alongside live lectures and asana tutorials where you can connect and ask questions in a supportive atmosphere and community.
Students gain access to a digital variation of extensive self-written textbook, as well as a course container which holds all course content, including your practices, lectures, and live-session tutorials. There is also space to ask questions and connect with the community of teachers around the world. In the course container and a weekly course email, you'll also find the links to weekly live calls hosted on Zoom. This platform will be your course companion, which you will have access to for one year following your training dates. The comprehensive course curriculum will be woven throughout four weeks of study.
Each Sunday night, guided practices and self-study resources will unlock (approximately 4.5-hrs). This will be complemented by a weekly three-hour live call every Wednesday night from 6:30-9:30pm on September 2nd, 9th, 16th, and 23rd, 2026.
All you'll need is a device with an internet connection with access to Zoom, the course container, and your textbook. And your props to construct restful and supportive poses.
To receive your certification, you will just need to complete a few final assignments. There will be a weekly quiz to check in on your learning process. Then at the end of the course, you'll submit your final online quiz, a sample class plan, and a fifteen-minute teaching video. Eva Yoga will return your energy with thoughtful teaching feedback and your certificate of completion.
