Instructors
Yogini Manisha
Yogini Manisha has been teaching at Hatha Yoga School since 2016. She was completely involved in the design and development of the course structure for various yoga training courses run at the school which is located near Lakshman Jhula in Rishikesh. She has been studying, as well as teaching yoga, and was brought up in the hub of yoga. She holds a diploma in yoga and has graduated in arts with yoga and philosophy as subjects. In order to increase her knowledge, she later studied Ashtanga Vinyasa tradition with K. Pattabhai Jois.
Bharat Tilekar
Yogi Bharat Tilekar has been practicing and studying yoga since 1994. He began the in-depth study when he spent six months in AYM Yoga Teacher Training Program in 2010, completed teacher training with Yogi Chetan Mahesh in Rishikesh, and apprenticed with him. He has also studied yoga therapy. Bharat's deep understanding of the body through multiple modalities has given him a better understanding of the whole body and its innate wisdom.

Food
A proper healthy yoga diet is necessary to energize the body for heavy yogic workouts. Bending, twisting, stretching, and movements during the asana require a lot of energy. They provide traditional Indian dishes or your choice of vegetarian breakfast.
