About the course
This comprehensive program prepares graduates for careers in the wellness field, enabling them to support clients’ physical, mental, and emotional health through a balanced blend of yoga and massage therapy. Choosing a yoga and massage therapy course is more than just earning a certificate. It can be a powerful step towards a meaningful career in holistic health and well-being. This course is ideal for students who are genuinely committed to becoming professional massage therapists and yoga teachers. Institute of Natural Medicine (INM)'s curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
As you all know, yoga is an active, self-practiced discipline that fosters long-term mental and physical transformation. It involves physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and meditation. Massage therapy, on the other hand, is a passive practice wherein therapist-applied treatment provides immediate physical relief and relaxation. It involves the manipulation of soft tissues to release tension and enhance circulation. Together, yoga and massage form a powerful combination for promoting holistic health, equipping students with the tools to guide others on their journey to wellness.
At the Institute of Natural Medicine, this yoga teacher training and professional massage diploma program is taught entirely by a team of certified yoga teachers, experienced massage trainers, naturopathy practitioners, and traditional healing experts. With over three decades of teaching experience, the faculty ensures a deep, authentic, and structured learning environment rooted in proper alignment, yogic philosophy, therapeutic techniques, and hands-on practice. Each member of the team focuses on specific aspects of the course, ensuring smooth delivery and clear direction throughout the training.
By keeping all training under one experienced institution, Institute of Natural Medicine provides consistent guidance, personalized mentorship, supervised practical sessions, and a high standard of education recognized by yoga studios, wellness centers, spas, and holistic clinics across Nepal and abroad. As the oldest government-affiliated yoga and massage school in Thamel, Kathmandu, they offer one of the most trusted and established pathways for students seeking professional Yoga Teacher Training and Massage Certification in Nepal.
