Kundalini is the term for "a spiritual energy or life force located at the base of the spine", conceptualized as a coiled-up serpent. The practice of Kundalini yoga is supposed to arouse the sleeping Kundalini Shakti from its coiled base through the six chakras and penetrate the seventh chakra, or crown. Through this powerful Kundalini yoga, the current is raised and passes through Sushumna step by step towards the top of the head.

Overview
Join their 200-hour total transformation Kundalini yoga program to experience the enchanted bliss and the energy awakening through a Kundalini course. Kundalini or chakra in the human body is the powerhouse to radiate incredible energy if awakened. Yogis and sadhus have been practising Kundalini awakening for many years to connect with the supreme with constant sadhana.
This course places Kundalini Tantra as a core subject, and it will be clearly mentioned on your certification. The approach remains rooted in the traditional understanding of Tantra and Yoga, recognising their common origin and purpose.
Along with the standard curriculum, you will have one dedicated Kundalini tantra-focused session every day, where you learn how classical yogic practices can be applied specifically for energy awareness and activation. The emphasis is not on complexity, but on building a strong and stable foundation.
The primary focus is to develop clarity in practice and understanding, so you can gradually experience and work with the Shakti within in a balanced and guided way.
Through their powerful Kundalini yoga, they will train your mind to go beyond the thoughts, then you will enter into the realm of the transcendental state. The class size is very small with only 8-10 students, because Kundalini practice needs proper guidance to lead this spiritual path.
